4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
- Users are encouraged to contact Spacie support within 5 days of a disputed charge before initiating a chargeback to resolve billing issues directly.
- Spacie reserves the right to dispute any fraudulent chargebacks and take necessary action, including banning users from accessing services.
5. Pricing & Changes
- Spacie reserves the right to update pricing, subscription plans, and payment terms at any time.
- Any changes to pricing or billing terms will be communicated via email or our website.
- Users will have the opportunity to cancel their subscriptions before new pricing takes effect.
6. Taxes & Fees
- Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, VAT, or fees imposed by their jurisdiction on digital purchases.
- Prices displayed on Spacie’s platform may not include applicable taxes or fees.
